I%26#39;m trying to book tickets for Don Giovanni at Estates Theatre. The best website I thought to use was Ticket Portal because you can choose your seat - bonus! However, the website keeps rejecting payment and I%26#39;ve tried two payment cards (there is funds available!!). Am I able to pick up the tickets and pay for them in Prague? The seat looks like it has been reserved for me.
The site said it would send me an email to confirm as well as a list of places to collect the tickets, but it hasn%26#39;t so far. I was going to arrange sending them to the hotel but because it refused payment I wasn%26#39;t able to.
Any suggestions would be helpful
Thanks, Ben.

I would suggest that the easiest thing is you ring ticketportal up to see whether your order has gone through and if not, do the order and payment over the phone and then discuss how the tickets should be delivered / picked up. they do speak english
their telephone number is +420 222 246 283
or send an e-mail to their help line help@ticketportal.cz

Hi Peb. I rang them about half an hour ago and didn%26#39;t make musch progress due to the language barrier. He did say the english speaking person was out of the office at the moment so I said I would ring back later.
Thanks for your advice and the contact details.
Ben

if your order has not gone through, www.ticketsbti.cz have more english speaking staff and can either send your tickets to your hotel or you can pick them up from their city centre offices

I had the same problem but have been communicating with them via email. I had to wire money to their bank to pay for the tickets. They sent me an invoice, etc. and then I called my bank to do the wire transfer (which did cost me $35.00). Both Ticket Portal and Estates Theatre have been emailing me and they even offered to hold my tickets until the day of the performance but I wanted them early as I am going to a performance the same day I arrive by car from Germany. Do email them if the phone call doesn%26#39;t work.

Hi
Email ticket portal and ask what time is a good time to ring Lucie the english speaker there. She is one of the most helpful people I have ever come accross.
She will sort you out in a minute.
