Prague to Vienna: bus or train?

Is there any other bus or train from Prague to Vienna? I%26#39;ve looked at SC Pendolino. It says,

Brno hl.n. - Wien (297 CZK)

Praha-Holešovice - Wien (593 CZK)

Which of this should I take to get to Vienna? I can%26#39;t seem to find a link to purchase the tickets. Is there only one train to Vienna? I%26#39;m looking for something cheap. If possible, a night bus or train where I can sleep in. Is there any bus or trains accepting ISIC card for discounts?

Thanks in advance.

brno is about 300 kilometers from prague so I don%26#39;t know how you are going to get from prague to brno if you buy a tikcet from there. actually, many night trains and buses are more expensive than day trains.

look at www.idos.cz (Click on the bottom right hand corner of the page to get the english version) for the times, but to buy tickets go to the relevant station. www.studentagency.cz also runs modern buses to vienna costing 300 crowns each. ISIC students get 15% off with student agency

same as my other reply, you can get to Vienna and all of Europe by a pass of www.eurolines.com .Probably no reductions for your ISIC card.
