Which Railway Station?

We are coming from Budapest to Prague. Does it matter which station you come into. Is Holesovice Station a safe station or should we make sure we come into Hlavni Nadrazi? We are staying at Romantik Hotel in Hradcany. They do not offer transport. There are 10 of us. What should we do for transport from station to hotel without getting ripped. Thanks for earliest reply.

It%26#39;s probably better to get off the train @ holesovice, you could get trams from there to near the hotel, not sure which number. probably you%26#39;d have to change numbers.

avoid taxis which are parked there, unless there%26#39;s a sign like this one:

you may also prebook a minibus from some of the airport shuttle companies and ask for price. in this case it doesn%26#39;t matter which station but it would still be easier to find your driver in holesovice...

you actually need to understand which train you are catching. some trains such as the 0950 from budapest only stop at holesovice. others such as the 1200 from budapest terminate at prague hlvani nadrazi and do not go to holesovice. it may therefore be that you have no choice.

with 10 people, you may be easier having someone like www.prague-airport-shuttle.com who can send a minibus to pick up all 10 of you at whichever station you need. if you have a choice, it is logistically easier for the minibus to pick up at holesovice rather than hlavni nadrazi
