Spa treatments in Prague

Hi, 8 girls off to Prague at end of Feb 08 and we%26#39;d love to have some spa treatments. We are on a very tight budget! Does anyone have any ideas for super-cheap spa ideas for Prague? Thanks very much!

prague doesn%26#39;t have any mineral waters, so what is described as spa treatments here isn%26#39;t actually spa treatments, but more in the line of wellness. that said, the cost of %26quot;spa treatments%26#39; in most places in prague is not cheap, mostly because they are located in hotels, unless you take a trip to one of the real spa towns in the west of the country and then the spa treatments are very cheap.

that said, the sabai thai massage centre on the first floor of the slovansky dum shopping centre in na prikope street does give thai massages and other similar treatments which are very cheap by western standards

www.sabai.cz for further details where there are pages in english

Thanks for that! Will keep looking!

the Alchymist hotel in Mala Strana near the castle has a spa that is open to non-hotel guests. All sorts of (expensive) spa treatments and just entrance to the healthclub (with pool) is 500 CZK (18 Euro) p.p. for a day or 300 for an hour. Not cheap but worth it, I am sure. see www.alchymisthotel.com, Spa e-catalogue .
