We are booked for 3 nights here in September for the Prague leg of our Budapest/Vienna/Prague/Krakow trip.
Looks like the place is tops, location is great, close to everything etc.
My question is about the restaurant there on the terrace. Is this a good dining option or are there other/better places nearby for a romantic upscale meal of local variety?

The view is great and I have heard some good comments about it, haven%26#39;t eaten there though.
If the weather is good, the best terrace is the one on top of the Aria hotel (5 min away). 360 degree view over the city, great food and service. Very romantic!
Palffy Palac is also romatic and has a terrace, with a view to the lower castle gardens http://www.palffy.cz .

view from the terrace is good, but the food does not anywhere near justify the price. heavy czech food you would find in the pub. for the same price you can eat much better in other restaurants nearby
