best time in week to go???

Hi me and 2 friends will be going to prague for 3-4 nights early august.

At the moment we will be going on the monday. Would going earlier on in the week mean it will be dead in the bars/clubs or is it busy all week long?

From what I saw, Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the best nights for clubs. I went to a few on Tuesday and Wednesday and, especially on Tuesday, it was rather dead. And STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THAT HORRIBLE KARLOVY LAZNE. What a waste. Lavka, next door, is okay but also very touristy. Better music though and not as dark and spaced out.
