Hello, My wife and I willbe spending a week in Prague next month and we would like to visit Krakow and Auschwitz during our stay Would anyone happen to know the best and moststress free way to get there? Thanks for your help!!

To get to Krakow, I used to get the overnight train, from memory it leaves around 9pm and you get in before 6am. I recommend going 1st class, so that it%26#39;s only you 2 in a cabin, you have a much better chance of getting some sleep that way.
For Auschwitz there are plenty of tours from Krakow, or you can do it by train yourselves. Go to www.idos.cz , click the union jack flag in the bottom right corner to get the site in English.

Great. Thanks for your advice. I will check this out.

Want no stress? Definitely take the train and follow thirdpenguins instructions. There are two direct trains per day:
14:07 EuroCity 109 Comenius, arriving Krakow at 21:06
20:55 R 201 Silesia, arriving Krakow at 5:47
