November Visit

we will be visiting prague 19th November for 4 nights. our first visit. can anyone recommend a clean central cheapish hotel?

what do you mean by cheapish? for one person this may mean 50 pounds per night, for another, this may mean 100 pounds per night, for a third person, this may mean 150 pounds per night. do you just want a hotel which provides a bed for the night, or do you want any facilities in the hotel?

We stayed at the Athos hotel last November....it was nice, clean and a good location. My German friend booked it and she always has a good eye for value.

this is the atos hotel which is just south of the castle area and is a good mid price base www.hotelatos.cz for further details

www.athos.cz as detailed above is not the atos hotel but a local accomodation agency which a number of people posting on this site have said they have used

Thats right Peb...I looked at my hotel brochure after posting and realized that I confused it with the agency. Regardless I would recommend the Atos Hotel...the included breakfast was nice too. My room had nice high ceilings...in fact the price was low enough that I got my own room...which was very nice.
