Kolkovna or Olympia? Please help

Are these two restaurants, Kolkovna and Olympia, serving the same kind of food? Can anyone suggest other good czech food?

My friend told that there is a good restaurant in Prague Castle which has the best view of the city but she forgot its name, can someone help please?

I want to try the Kampapark and would like to know the average cost for dinner per head. Please help.

Many thanks.

Kolkovan and Olympia are owned by the same group and so serve the same kind of (good and reasonably priced food). The group also owns Larry Fary in Dlouha street which is a good restaurant.

Don%26#39;t know of any restaurant in the Prague castle with a view. Hanavsky Pavillon is near the castle and has a wonderful view (but you pay for it). Klasterny Pivovar Strahov is next to the Strahov monastery doesn%26#39;t have a view while you eat, but it gives good hearty food at a reasonable price and the view from the Strahov monastery itself is good.

At Kampa Park, expect $150 dollars for two including wine

Be aware that Kolkovna can get very crowded and service can be very uneven. One night, the service was great. Another night, the food never arrived after one hour . . . no explanations, apologies. People who arrived after us were served. Also, Kolkovna is among the smokiest restaurants in Prague. If you don%26#39;t smoke or dislike smoke, you should think twice about going. Not very good if you are in any kind of a time schedule.

service in olympia is generally quicker than in kolkovna. celnice near namesti republiky is another pub owned by the same group. they have quite a lot of outdoor seating and the pub is generally less smoky than either kolkovna or olympia. but no czech pub is completely smoke free and there are very few pubs with non smoking areas
