I booked a few rooms at the Green Lobster awhiel back, and recently the reviews all mention a 2nd building. Well it turns out, thats where we%26#39;ll be staying (called the travel agent, who called the hotel to find out). Now I%26#39;m really worried and am expecting the worst as I haven%26#39;t seen any pictures or anything except the negative reviews. Does anyone have any pictures or personal experiences with the annex building at Green Lobster? Is it really THAT bad? :/
Thanks!!

think that both the buildings of the green lobster are on the same street, which is nerudova near the castle

yea, I know they are right across from eachother...I%26#39;ve just heard that the 2nd building does not live up to the same standards as the main building. And the most recent review says the annex building does not even have air conditioning, which was one of the most important criteria when booking the room... the site we booked through said the hotel has air conditioning..they didn%26#39;t mention that only half the hotel does.

if the building is an old prague building with thick walls, the building is cool and you should not need air conditioning unless your apartment is in the roof. do not know when you are coming but opening the window to keep the air circulating is normally good enough unless the temperature goes above 30C.
most people in prague live without air conditioning

Its apparently a building from the 1400s... and we are coming July 31-Aug 2. I could live without air conditioning as I%26#39;m used to it (been living in Germany for the past 7 years), but family and some relatives will be with me and they are all used to living with air conditioning in the summer and probably won%26#39;t be happy not to have it in the hotel which wasn%26#39;t exactly cheap. And its also the principle of it, that the hotel was advertised as having air conditioning.
