Prague, Vienna and Budapest weather in February

I%26#39;m going to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest in mid February. What%26#39;s the weather like? Does it snow, rain, etc.?? How cold does it get? Also, how is the food in these 3 cities?

snow - should be well below zero centigrade at this time of year. often colder in vienna and budapest than in prague, but probably not as cold as NYC can get in the winter. food is quite heavy in all three countries
