My husband and I are staying in Prague for 3 nights and booked the Palace Praha through Leading Hotels of world. Do you recommend this hotel. We like nice, good quality, well located hotels.I was debating about staying at Mandarin oriental but it is more expensive. Anybody say at Palace Praha ???comments are appreciated.

I%26#39;ve never stayed there (a friend did, but I didn%26#39;t hear any comments).
But it has a good, central location, near Wenceslas Square and a 10 minute walk from Old Town Square.
The street is a very busy one, with tram lines and lots of traffic. Mandarin Oriental is in Mala Strana, closer to the castle, a longer walk to Old Town, but in a much quieter area.

have you looked at the reviews section of this site under %26#39;prague hotels%26#39; - there are over 60 reviews. the hotel does not come up to the expectations of other leading hotels of the world you may find in the US, both in wow factor, service and comfort. but it is adequate if you do not choose the cheap room.
mandarin oriental is more up to the leading hotels of the world standard
