I am hopefully planning a short trip to Prague in about two weeks. i was wondering if anyone can advise me as to how multi cultural Prague is. What with the ongoing attacks on people of colour in Russia and Poland. I get the impression a lot of Eastern and Central European countires aren%26#39;t too tolerant of black or asian people. I really want to go, but it%26#39;s a concern I have which I%26#39;d like to clear up.

there are not too many coloured people here but the number is growing. there are quite a number of vietnamese people so prague is used to having an asian minority. russia and poland are not the czech republic. racist attacks in prague (and attacks on people in general) are very rare. do not be put off in coming. czechs have an aversion to foriegners generally - it does not matter what colour you are

I saw a good Ethnic mix on my recent trip, even went for a Thai massage, but lots of Asian people about .I shared a table in a resturant with a Korean couple who actually lived in Moscow but were having a holiday in Prague.
pargeu is a great deal more mutli -cultural than it was on my first vist 14 years ago,I really don%26#39;t think you will have a problem
