Art Residence

Just wondered if anyone had stayed at or had an opinion on the Art Residence Apartments on Pribyslavska they seem stylish, modern and affordable

art residence is in zizkov which some people say is quite a run down part of prague. there is a tram station nearby which takes you directly to the old town but it is a steep walk up the hill to the building. If you are planning on catering for yourself even for breakfast, there is not a supermarket within easy walking distance

I had some friends visiting me in Prague in June and they stayed at the Art Residence. I can say all the apartments were amazingly stylish. The larger one, were my friends were staying, had an impressive bathroom. It was clean and with all the comforts, my friends almost spent all their evenings indoor, cooking, chatting and surfing the internet. The location was also good and quite central, just few steps from a tram stop. They didn%26#39;t seem to have any problem with shopping, there were quite a few convenience store just round the corner from the apartment, were they bought food. They did their major shopping down town, which was any way only 2 tram stops away.

The neighborood was nice too, near the faculty of Economics, with many students around and lots of pubs.
