cesky krumlov to vienna

I am going to Cesky Krumlov in October for a couple days and then off to Vienna. What is the best way to get to Vienna and how much is the bus or train? Do you have to book in advance?

You can take the shuttle that operates between Cesky krumlov and Linz (train station%26amp;airport) and then a train to Vienna:
