I will take advantage of the question and will ask you if I am going in August 27, Will I be able to find a nice night concert?( classical music or may be ballet) we will stay for 5 days.

Sure, there%26#39;s enough. Check the above link. Usually very good are State Opera, Municipal House, Rudolfinum. State Opera%26#39;s Puccini festival, starts on the 28th. Czech Philharmonic Orchestra starts it%26#39;s season on the 31st in Rudolfinum. Dvorak chamber concerts, Villa America every tuesday and friday. Plenty more in other venues. Think no ballet right now, at least not in National Theatre...

Thank you for all your information , I think that I will see Manon Lescaut and there is an event %26quot;A night with Mozart%26quot; at the Bertramka Mozart Museum that sounds very nice and peaceful, i can not wait for August, when I come back I will definitly share my experiences with the Forum.

ticketsbti is a good site for the main concert halls. also pick up a copy of the prague post from newstands when you arrive as this has a good weekly events listing. concert at bertramka is very much aimed at tourists rather than connoisseurs
