I have lost so much time, looking for THE right Hotel in Prague. I am planning a 4 nights stay in Prague by the end of October begining of November. I have checked the reviews in this site and I am so confused. Really need help from you. We want a nice hotel (clean, good breakfast, good location walking distance from important sites) below 150 euros. From the following Hotels what do you choose? Maximillian Hotel, Andel%26#39;s Hotel, Archibald, Atlantic, BestWestern Meteor Plaza, Clarion Hotel Prague. I accept suggestions also. THANKS

Bon dia,
You seem to look for a 4* hotel. Which area do you want to stay? The hotels you mention seems to be all in different areas. I haven%26#39;t stayed at any of them but I think Maximilian in the old town gets a very good reviews. My friends stayed at Metor Plaza and realy liked it. Also they paid much more than I did at other hotels I mention below. It%26#39;s located just outside Old town, isn%26#39;t it? I found Mala Strana (beneath the castle %26amp; Petrin hill) area really charming and have stayed there 3 times since last November. First 4*Hotel Roma (Mid November € 75) and the other 2 times at Residénce Mala Strana 3* (Jan €33 %26amp; April-Easter €88). the prices are all for a double room, good buffet breakfast including. I would stay at either of them any time. And I really love the area.
I prefer booking direct with the hotel but in above cases, I used venere.com. €33 for Jan was cheaper than direct with the hotel.
Both have elevator but no air-condition. For the time when you are going, air-con is not important, I think.

At www.booking.com and www.venere.com you can make good selections. Have also reviews. Of your price range and 4 stars Hotel Julian , Art Hotel, Angelo and Apart Karee Residence have the highest client scores at booking.com .

Andel%26#39;s is nice but not in a walking distance to important sights. Pretty easy to get around from there on public transport though.
There are two Archibalds. The one beside Charles bridge is in the better location...

Hi,
I think kat1 makes a really good point - if you stay in Mala Strana area you will be convenient for everything. Just look for one there with the best reviews and you will be happy.

of the hotels you have mentioned. maximilian has the advantage of being right in the centre. it also has good reviews on the reviews section of this site
