Here is our itinerary, the travel and hotel options are booked. We wish we could spend more time in each location but cannot. We are looking for opinions (some we already have from prior posts) on where to go, what to see, where to eat and what to expect in each locale.
I will say, that for the following cities, I will ask for specifics:
Budapest -
Baths - Should we do one and which? Prefer a place where either gender is welcome, suited, with both of us together.
Otherwise, here is the basic agenda:
Tue 11th
Arrive Budapest - 12 noon.(Hotel Victoria)
Fri 14th
Depart Budapest 4 pm
Arrive Vienna - 7pm (Hotel Graf Stadion)
Mon 17th
Depart Vienna - 10 am
Arrive Prague - 2pm (U Zlate Studne- The Golden Well)
Thu 20th
Depart Prague 10 am
Arrive Krakow 2pm (Hotel Wawel Tourist)
Sun 23rd
Depart Krakow 2 Pm
Arrive Budapest 6 Pm (Hotel Stacio Alliance)
Mon 24th
Leave this beautiful area for home at 2 pm
Your ideas for quick turnarounds, maximizing efforts and enjoying stays in each city are greatly appreciated. Each of these places deserves the entire trip, but we wanted to maximize experience!

did I recall that you are driving between the two cities (in which case you need to allow more time on some of your travel estimates)? Have you enquired as to where you will keep your car for all the hotels (do not think that the golden well, for example, has its own parking)?
