Is there a kiosk at the airport?

I accepted a job which took me out of the T-Mobile coverage area. My contract didn%26#39;t expire for another month. I contacted T-Mobile and was told that I needed to fax them something with proof of my new address and they would cancel my service with no fees.

I faxed this as requested, 1 week before the end of a billing cycle, which is when they were going to have the disconnect take place.

My wife paid the next 2 bills from T-Mobile thinking it was just %26quot;leftover%26quot; charges. When I was billed for a third month after cancellation she finally brought it to my attention.

After much discussion, T-Mobile finally admitted that they had a record of my cancellation request, but claimed they never received the fax (I even have the transmission report). I was told that all they could do was make it cancelled effective %26quot;today.%26quot; After I yelled and screamed they finally admitted they were in the wrong and would credit me the three months I was billed.

My credit on my $80 per month bill came to a grand total of $80, of which most was taken up by a %26quot;part month%26quot; bill and showed that T-Mobile owed me $33 (which they still haven%26#39;t paid).

I will never again use T-Mobile even if I move back to their area. I%26#39;d been a customer of theirs for six years, but would not recommend them based on the poor way I%26#39;m currently being treated now that I%26#39;m not a customer anymore.

I don%26#39;t think T-Mobile are any different from how they treat customers in this country (they certainly don%26#39;t treat them as customers) than the other two mobile operators - O2 and Vodafone. O2 being the former state telecom company are notorious in their bureaucracy
