We recently returned from Prague and had an excellent guide. Her name is Dana Chaloupkov. I think it is possible to do Prague on your own but having a guide helped us see things that we would have never seen on our own. Dana was very enjoyable to be around. She speaks excellent English and really wants to make sure that you enjoy your stay. We only used her for two half days but I wish that we had used her for the entire visit.

My son is going to Prague for a semester in college and we are hoping to visit him for a week after he is done his classwork. Since this will be our irt visit we thought a guide would be a good idea. I was just wondering how much in dollars you paid your guide? Did you also pay for her meals and entrance into any venues? Any information you could give would be very helpful. Apprieciate your help.
