have you read the reviews of all the hotels you are considering which are included on the reviews section of this site under %26#39;prague hotels%26#39;
constans is quite a simple hotel in the castle area and has mostly good reviews. kinsky garden has a worse location (not walking distance from the castle - you need a tram which is ok, but the road from the tram station is not picturesque. it does have better reviews than the constans and people have said the breakfast is good
bishops house is right next to the charles bridge and so as many of the reviews say, it is noisy. trinidad is probably cheaper than the rest but you get what you pay for.
out of all the above I would probably go for the constans

I suppose it depends on how far you walk on holiday but the Kinsky Gardens is about 20 mins walk to Charles Bridge max., 15 mins if you walk fast. We stayed there last December and found it to be a very comfortable 4 star hotel, extremely well furnished and smart. We walked to the Old Town and up to the Castle on many occasions from the Kinsky and didn%26#39;t get a tram once (and we are middle aged). Also enjoyed the walk back at night after dinner - you need the exercise if you are drinking beer and eating 3 meals a day !
This may or may not appeal to you but if you forget to pack something, there is a big Tesco and M%26amp;S store 5 mins from the Kinsky Gardens hotel ! They are in a large mall type thing along with Czech shops, it was quite useful to us during the holiday.
We chose the Kinsky because of the reviews on tripadvisor, and were not disappointed. Don%26#39;t know the other hotels but as Peb said check their reviews also.
