This is a multi part question, please bear with me!
Our flight from Atlanta to Budapest includes a change of planes in Prague.
We have 1 hour and 20 minutes to change from the Delta flight to the Czech Air flight. Will this present any problems if flights are on time? (originally scheduled thru Copenhagen, but has changed).
Second question.
We will be arriving in Prague via Train after our days in Budapest, and Vienna. We will be departing Prague via LOT air to Krakow via Warsaw. Any advice on departing from Ruzyne via LOT?
We hope to just have roll on luggage thru all aspects.
Thanks in advance.

That%26#39;s plenty of time assuming you will have your bags checked all the way thhrough to Budapest. You don%26#39;t even have to change terminals flights from ATL and to BUD depart from Terminal North 1 (Sever 1).

You will be once again departing from Terminal North 1 (Sever 1) since Poland is still a non-Schengen destination.

your luggage is only checked through if you have a through ticket, but assume you will have one.
as LKHK rightly says, prague is easy to change at. there is no passport control between your flights and the security will be at the gate to the next flight, so if you do not have luggage to collect it is actually possible to change within 30 minutes.
if your flight from atlanta is late and you do miss your connection, there is another flight to budapest at 17.00 which you will be automatically booked on
at warsaw, you will need to come out through passport control as you will be changing from an international flight to a domestic flight. you actually need to come out of the airport altogether and then walk down the street to the domestic terminal. there are not too many facilities at the domestic terminal and to be honest it looks a bit like a bus station rather than an airport terminal. again if you have one through ticket from prague to krakow via warsaw, your bags should be checked through.
on the warsaw to krakow flight which may be an ATR, if you have a normal aircraft hand luggage wheel on bag, this is too big fit in the overhead bins on the ATR, so at the gate, they will put a tag on your bag and then you need to leave it on a trolley at the entrance to the aircraft. they then put your bag into the hold, but when you arrive at krakow, they bring the bag out again and you pick it up from a trolley outside the aircraft door.
