Czech to Delta Budapest to Atlanta

I have booked a trip on Delta and they have one leg from Budapest to Prague on Czech Airlines. Next leg is Prague to Atlanta on Delta. Czech Airlines shows no reservation in my name. Delta assures me that it is covered however %26quot;since they use a different computer system%26quot; Delta can%26#39;t give the confirmation number on Czech airline for that liight. I am concerned about showing up at Budapest Airport and finding out there is no reservation. Has anyone gone through this either good or bad?

Did you try WWW.CHECKMYTRIP.COM ???

Once you type-in your surname and your Amadeus reservation code you should be able to see the whole itinerary and also specific confirmation code for each airline on your itinerary.

Sounds like total bs to me. One of the ideas behind SkyTeam and conditions for membership is having compatible systems.

If you are in the US try to call Czech Airlines: 1-800-223-2365

Actually I called Czech Airlines twice. Thety have no reservation in my name. Got in touch with codeshare at Delta

(internal business office in Atlanta) they came up with a 5 digit code instead of five. Further discussion with Delta disclosed that there are two systems that Czech uses. One is the Amadeus system which everyone uses when booked through an agent. Doesn%26#39;t issue a number if done online. The other system Czech uses is Gabrielle which uses five digits which Delta had that number. Finally got Czech to look in their Gabrielle system and there was the confirmation/record locator
