"Residence Agnes" vs. "Apart-Karee Residence"

We will be in Prague in October ( 5 nights)

We proposed these hotels:

1. Hotel Residence Agnes (Haštalská 19 )

2. Apart-Karee Residence (Londynska 43)

What to choose?

please help decide !

there are good reviews for both of the residences on the reviews section of this site under %26#39;prague hotels%26#39;. If the price is comparable, I would choose the agnes as it is in the old town and walking distance to almost everywhere. the karee is up the hill and whilst the transport system is convenient, you will need public transport each time you go into and out of the city centre

I need public tram map, but no separately scheme or plan,

I need tram map is compatible with the card Prague.

This possible?

tram maps can be downloaded from www.dp-praha.cz but they are not very understandable. the best thing to do is to take one of the free city centre maps that most hotels have and which have the tramlines and tramstops. if you stay in the agnes, as said above, most places are walkable (you will only maybe need the tram to get up to the castle) and so the prague card may be a waste of money
