Staying at an apartment

I have been offered a two bedroom apartment at Ujezd street in Prague. Is this a good and safe area ?

it%26#39;s ok, quite a busy street in the day time and the trams pass nearby 24 hours, so maybe check what side of the building and which floor...

as heinokules rightly says it is the tram noise you need to check. ujezd is a narrow street and trams pass all day and night shaking some buildings. if you have a low floor room or a room overlooking the street, don%26#39;t expect much sleep if you are a light sleeper
