Clean and nice accomodation in Prague

Hi!

We are three couples going to Prague in february for four days. We would like to stay not too far away from the town centre, or at least close to a tram station.

Also, we would prefer a romantic hotel, since Prague is known to be a romantic place :-)

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel with reasonable prices?

I just returned for 30 days in Prague and recently posted a trip report. I would highly recommend the Arcadia Residence. It is out of the touristy area but only 3 tram stops away from the Charles Bridge (or a 10-15 minute romantic walk along the river).

At night you are a block from Vysehrad - bring a bottle of wine or some beer, snacks and watch a beautiful sunset....

Check out my trip report under adnil1962 for more hotel details.

Hi,

We returned from Prague one week ago and stayed at the Bellagio Hotel that has excellent location, three blocks or so from Old Town Center. Check their website, reviews in TA and for pricing, I found the best one at www.otel.com

Good luck.

most romantic area in prague is probably lesser town, tram goes there all night and it%26#39;s a 20 min walk to old town square. give us an idea what is a reasonable price for you so we could help you further..

as heinokules rightly says, price and what kind of facilities you need are crucial. arcadia residence as mentioned above is nice and so is the bellagio, but the arcadia is a family run pension and the bellagio is an international four star hotel with all the trimmings, so very different, and so one, although good for someone else will not be what you are looking for
